upon arrival at Hongkong.

The Seller will carry Stocks of spare parts in Hongkong

and a representative of the seller will assist the

Purchasor to take delivery of the order at Hongkong and

ship them to Canton at the risk and expense of the

Purchasor.

Further, the sellers representative will

proceed with the machines from Hongkong to Canton and

assist in every way possible towards the safe delivery

of the machines to the Purchasor.

A representative of the seller will be ready to

discuss with the Purchasor any matters connected with

the running and/or handling of machines sold to the

Purchasor by the Seller, and, for anything supplied by

the seller which is not in accordance with specifica-

tions, the Seller assumes responsibility and guarantees

to rectify same.

(6) Should there be a claim on the insurance company, any

profit arising therefrom is to be the property of the

Purchasor.

In witness hereof the parties hereto have set their

hands and seals the day and year first above written.
